Camping Rules and Regulations: New for 2010

GENERAL INFORMATION
• Camping is operated from 6 pm Thursday July 15th to 11:00 am Monday July 19th.
• Check-in starts not earlier than 6:00 pm Thursday July 15th and 8:00 am Friday July 16th.
• You must be checked out of your campsite by 11:00 am Monday July 19th.
• You must purchase Nakusp Music Fest (NMF) admission tickets in order to reserve a campsite with the Nakusp Music Fest and be 19 years or older.
• Sites may not be exact of size or location specified.
• No Power available and No Showers are available.
• Please keep your valuables locked up at all times, NMF does not assume responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings during this event.
• Generators use must be restricted to day use only from 9am to 9pm
• No pets allowed in campgrounds.
• Camping fees are non refundable.
• Camping pass must be clearly displayed in the vehicle and on the tent at all times.
• No alcohol outside your campsite. RCMP will issue fines.
• Clean-up your site before leaving and use the garbage containers provided.
TENT SITES
• One tent per site, max. 4 people per site, except families with more than two non-adult children.
• Your vehicle must be parked in your designated area and there will be one (1) parking pass assigned per site. Absolutely no vehicles allowed on the tent campgrounds. There is no extra space for extra vehicles or boats.
RV Sites
• One unit per site, max. 4 people per site, except families with more than two non-adult children.
• All RV units must be self contained.
• Only one (1) tow vehicle per site, if space available. There is no extra space for extra vehicles or boats.
RULES
• NMF is a family-oriented event. NO gang colors or gang support shirts are allowed on festival grounds or camp grounds.
• Emergency Access Lanes to be kept clear at all times.
• Your Nakusp Music Fest wristband must be worn at all times. No wrist band means, no entry to campsite, no exceptions.
• No Campfires or open flames of any kind this includes portable propane units and candles. BBQ and camp stoves will be allowed for cooking purposes only.
• Absolutely no fireworks.
• No noise after 2:00 A.M.
• NMF reserves the right to limit noise and/or rowdiness at any time. Intense, loud stereo equipment is prohibited at all times. A reasonable volume of music is acceptable as long as it does not bother others.
We have a zero tolerance policy for:
- Fighting
- Abusive language
- Drunkenness
- Disturbing other campers
Eviction and removal of festival wristband without refund will result
for violation of the above rules.
