Celtic overtones in a fusion of rock and punk? It’s not for the timid. The MUDMEN are beyond unique in their hard driving sound onslaught. Centered around ripping bagpipes, the MUDMEN have created one of the most mesmerizing rock performances anywhere. The band’s powerfully intense live show has leveled audiences throughout North America over the past eight years with its fusion of melody and original Celtic Rock power.
Recently featured on the brand new CBC Hockey Night In Canada Theme song, “MudPipers” Robby and Sandy Campbell, are the driving force behind the group. The MUDMEN have tapped their Celtic roots for the brand new album , “The High Road,” and have not stopped performing the hard hitting Trad/Rock blend since its release.
With songs featured on NBCs “The Black Donnelly’s”, PlayStation and XBOX video games, WWE Highlanders Tag Team theme song, and Don Cherry’s own “Rock Em Sock Em” Hockey DVDs, the MUDMEN have proven they are not just another rock and roll novelty.
